“ We wanted some breakfast after 11 am, this morning. I remembered Andy's opened in the old Sharies location. I have read some of the reviews, and this place isn't worthy of a 3-star review. I'll attribute it to growing pains. The first thing I noticed was that the place was bright and warm, all the wood was painted white, and tile was added to the entry. We sat down quickly, ordered drinks, and our orders were taken. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Holy moly, our chicken fried steaks were huge, well cooked, and tasted perfect. We both have breakfast for tomorrow morning now. 5 stars all around. ”
“ I had no idea Andy's had reopened in Kennewick, just by chance was driving by and had to stop in. I was immediately seated, and had coffee on the table within moments. It reminded me of how Andy's did buisness when they were located in the strip mall in Pasco. My coffee cup never made it halfway down before being asked if I wanted a warm up, felt like home. The menu looked pretty identical to how it was in Pasco, I ended up ordering the country fried steak, which was a bit more than I could finish. New location, good 'ole Andy's. ”
“ Does anyone understand what a diner is or do they expect a five star Michelin restaurant every time they go out? This is the question I want to ask everyone who's given bad reviews for Andy's Coffee Break. It's a diner and one of the best in our region. The menu is loaded up with classics and their take on American fare. They fill you up with dishes like a Country Haystack or a Chili Omelette. The Reuben is one of my favorites and they sure know how to make it perfect. Okay, I'll give some knock on service BUT they will make it up to you if you work with them. Don't be pushing so hard. Enjoy your meal and let it go. The service isn't that bad you have to trash them on it. And if you have an issue someone with the ownership is always around. I will continue to go and enjoy my time there with amazing food and a staff that truly cares. I challenge you to come for yourself and see how good this classic American diner is! ”
“ Ate breakfast. Had coffee,which was great. Have several different flavored creamer. Wife had senior dever omlete, which she said was very good. I had the country haystack, which also was very good. The hashbrowns are the best in the Tricities. Service was great, not many people there. The menu looks alot like the old Andies restraunt that closed several years ago. The portions are big so be hungry. The place was very clean, they did a good job of updating the interior. ”
“ We were seated and greeted right away! Food was delicious! I got the huevos ranchos and this one is way better than other known breakfast spots in the area. The restaurant is brighter inside to based on the other business that used to be here. Please ignore the other reviews, food was good, service is not bad as what people are commenting. Restaurants get busy and you can’t expect them to always be at your finger tips when you walk in. You have to understand that they get busy. Beans were authentic, salsa was authentic, hash browns were perfectly cooked and so were my eggs People can be discriminating and it’s upsetting to see that happen when someone is just trying to make a living. I understand that being greeted right away is important but it’s also important to know that these people are also newer and trying to make it. ”
“ Cinnamon roll pancakes were delicious and huge. Couldn't even finish half. Service was decent and the restaurant was clean and bright. No complaints and definitely would go again. Prices were definitely adequate for the amount of food we got. ”
“ Reviews we read were critical, but our experience was great. Clean place, we were only customers at the time. Ordered fish and chips and chef salad. Salad excellent, larger than I expected and fresh with generous turkey and eggs added. Wife couldn’t finish fish and chips due to huge servings and the fries and fish were hot! Excellent food. Waitresses kind of forgot us on water refills but probably bored although very polite. Our desserts were pie.... very tasty but thought the price to add ice cream was a bit high. Overall very good, we’ll eat there again! PS forgot credit card there, returned next day to find it locked in till by manager with a note that I had forgotten it. Impressed with the honesty! ”
